Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided or use the QR code for a printer-less drop-off at participating locations.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene liners are intact and included.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
